TERMS & CONDITIONS

By booking an appointment with NeuveSkin you  are agreeing  to the Terms and Conditions listed , but not limited to those, below.

 

We do understand that there can occasionally be difficulties in attending appointments, however it is necessary for us to enforce the below policies listed below and are grateful for your understanding. We will always endeavour to work with you whenever issues arise.

 

CLIENT BOOKING POLICY

  • Please be mindful that no-shows and last minute cancellations enormously disadvantage both our business and other clients.  It is for this reason that our booking policy is enforced.

  • We understand that sometimes you may need to change your booking - we kindly request a minimum of 2 business days notice so that we can offer that time slot to another client. Booking changes are best notified via email to Linda@neuveskin.com.au , or by phone on 0455554343

  • If you do not attend for your appointment, or fail to give us 2 business days notice of an appointment change, we reserve the right to bill you 50% of your treatment cost

  • Weekends and public holidays do not count as business days

  • You will be reminded of your booked appointment via SMS at least 48 hrs prior to your booking. Failure to reply Y to this SMS may result in forfeiture of your booking slot.

  • NeuveSkin reserves the right to cancel any future appointments as
    necessary.

COURTESY AND CLIENT RESPONSIBILITY

  • Running late to your appointment puts stress on our Therapist's schedule, as there is little spare time between booking slots. You must please notify us as soon as possible if you are going to be late and we will do all we can to accommodate you.

  • It your appointment has to be rescheduled because we are unable to fit you in, this is recognised as a no show & the booking charges will apply as above.If your Therapist decides they can see you, but has to reduce treatment to prevent interrupting other client appointments, the original  treatment charge will still apply, no problem rata reductions are possible.

  • Reducing treatment times or contents due to late arrivals is at the sole discretion of NeuveSkin and may not be possible

  • It is not possible to book one treatment slot and then change the type of treatment within 48 hours. Each treatment slot is curated to the individual treatment. If you would like to request additional treatments or add ons, please discuss with your therapist to see if this can be accommodated.

  • Please note it remains the client's responsibility to ensure we have your correct contact details when booking. It would also be prudent to provide us with more than one contact number it your regular contact is often unattended.

  • NeuveSkin has a zero tolerance policy towards aggression in the workplace. If you act in any way that is abusive towards employees, we have the right to deny service & to ask clients to leave the premises.

  • We do our best to accommodate last minute changes, however because of the demand on our Therapists we only provide a tight window for genuine circumstances. If the booking policy is not suitable, we advise not going ahead with the booking.

 

GIFT VOUCHERS AND PACKAGES

  • All Gift Vouchers are valid for 3 years from date of purchase and are non refundable

  • Gift vouchers are only available as dollar amounts, no treatment vouchers are available

  • Please be aware if you book in for a treatment to use your Gift Voucher and you don't show or give us less than 48 hours notice to cancel, the entire treatment value will be automatically deducted from your gift voucher

 

MOBILE PHONES

• We kindly ask that you turn your mobile phone to silent whilst in the clinic.

 

CHILDREN

  • Sadly we are not able to accommodate babies, toddlers or young children under the age of 12 at NeuveSkin.

  • If you bring children to your appointment it will need to be cancelled in line with the cancellation policy.

  • Children/babies who visit the Clinic during their parents' appointments pose an occupational health and safety issue to our staff & clients. We work in an environment that has sharps, razors, chemicals, lasers & hot wax.
